If something goes wrong with your order, we'll make it right.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Email us at luneraliving7@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a free replacement or give you a full refund, and you won't need to send anything back.
Lost or late orders
If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll reship it or refund you in full.
Change of mind
We accept returns of unused items in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please email us first for return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. Once your return is received and checked, we'll refund the item price.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take 5–10 business days to appear.
